WARM AND WONDERFUL It is with great pleasure that we write this review of Robbie Dockswell's handling of the sale of our Florida condominium. From the outset she appeared knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful while at the same time keeping us relaxed and confident. The apartment was priced well with her guidance, staged and photographed beautifully and sold rapidly with showings conveniently scheduled. Once sold she meticulously handled the details of the sale and the closing occurred without a hitch. Once the apartment was sold she found us a seasonal rental for next year since we are not quite ready to buy again. She made this search painless and actually fun. We are very happy with the apartment we have rented for the next season and will be sure to have Robbie represent us when we are in the buying market once again. Real estate agents abound in South Florida and we have experienced more than a few. Robbie sits heads above the rest.

I always go to Robbie for any real estate needs. My friends told me about her many years ago and she gives such confidence to you , whether you are buying or selling. She is in constant contact with her client and you always know where you stand in the process. Robbie showed our condo through very difficult circumstances. It seemed to sell quickly, but the buyer turned out to be very demanding and difficult. In the end she backed out and that happened during the pandemic. Another buyer came along and it sold. Through all the trials and tribulations,Robbie always remained calm, cool, and collected. After my father passed away we moved my mother from Florida to North Carolina and sold their condo. My mom was able to assist in some things, but Robbie had to hold her hand through much of the process and then shift to dealing with an out-of-state child as power of attorney.
